A laugh a day keeps the doctor away !

Laughter is good for all of us . It is a tension reliever. Have you ever felt your mounting anger give way to a burst of laughter? It can be an icebreaker at a party. “Did you hear the one about...?” Laughter has the ability to transform us from fearful and discouraged to spirited and encouraged. Often, we have little control over life's events, but if we learn to see humor in these situations and laugh, we can minimize the impact.

It is with this end in view, RAVI SARASWAT, started his career. Noble cause !!! Atleast in the present day life of Stress and Strain.

In the long list of Caricaturists, the name of Ravi Saraswat is not a new one and it has its due place in the programes of All India Radio and Doordarshan. After joining the Railways in the year 1976 he was not only regarded as the king of caricatures and humours but at times people regarded him as the rival of Mahmood and in Dance Helen or Vaijyantimala.

Born and brought up in Dhampur, District Bijnor (UP), Ravi Saraswat got his education in Chandausi, Moradabad and Calcutta. He completed his graduation from Agra University and Post-graduation from Lucknow University. By virtue of talent and fun which was inbuilt in him. He was appointed in the Railways against Cultural quota and that he got a chance to further his talent. His caricature and Mono acting is infused with energy, enthusiasm and fun. He also led and organised the cultural team of Lucknow Division of N.E. Railway, and his breakthrough role came in the field of Caricature, Mimicry, Mono Act, Jokes and particularly Dance (Light classical) on Geet, Gazal and Bhajan.
